A classically styled Sauvignon Blanc - at first - with a ripe sweet fruited and fresh herb bouquet then a mineral and chalky wet stone layer emerges adding depth and a little intrigue.
Youthful, fresh and vibrant on the palate with flavours of fresh lime and white peach, some tropical fruits then apple and gooseberry. High acidity adds crunch, alcohol is balanced adding a hint of warmth on the finish - which is dry. The core of fruit carries this wine through a lengthy and nicely elegant finish. Well made and ready to enjoy form today and through 2023.
Pale lemon/green, it is very aromatic and punchy, with lively, youthful, ripely herbaceous flavours, showing excellent delicacy, a touch of complexity, and a crisp, dry lingering finish.
