Powerful and elegant, this Sauvignon Blanc offers rich flavours of passionfruit, nectarine and red capsicum, combined with a delicate texture and a lasting finish.

Soul mates from the kitchen:

Seared Nelson scallops, pan-fried blue cod, barbecued green lipped mussels and cockles, chicken breasts with spinach, macadamias and cottage cheese stuffing.

  • Excellent spring weather resulted in almost perfect pollination. A warm summer brought along healthy canopy growth leading to the earliest harvest ever
  • Hand-harvested and hand-sorted in three individual picks at different stages of ripeness from 25 March to 3 April
